By accessing or using RunnerHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and administrators.
RunnerHub is a mobile CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) platform designed for building, testing, and deploying mobile applications. The service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
RunnerHub offers four subscription tiers — Free, Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG), Pro, and Business — each with different minute allocations and feature sets. Details on included minutes and capabilities for each tier are available on the pricing page.
The Free tier includes 500 build minutes per month. On the PAYG tier, build time is billed per minute consumed. The Pro tier includes 5,000 build minutes per billing period, after which additional minutes are billed at the applicable overage rate. The Business tier includes unlimited build minutes with no overage charges.
All payments are processed by Paddle, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. RunnerHub does not store full payment card details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree not to use RunnerHub to build, distribute, or deploy software that violates any applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains malicious code. Abuse of the platform including excessive resource consumption, circumventing usage limits, or attempting to access other users' data is strictly prohibited.
Pipeline commands are validated against a security policy. Certain operations — including system package installs, Docker, and privilege escalation — are blocked. Violation of these restrictions may result in job failure or account suspension.
You retain ownership of all code and content you build through RunnerHub. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Individual jobs are subject to a maximum runtime per tier: Free — 30 minutes; Pay-As-You-Go — 60 minutes; Pro — 90 minutes; Business — 120 minutes. Jobs that exceed the timeout limit are automatically terminated.
The number of jobs that may run simultaneously is capped per tier: Free and Pay-As-You-Go — 1 concurrent job; Pro — 2 concurrent jobs; Business — 3 concurrent jobs.
Build artifacts are retained according to your subscription tier: Free — artifacts are deleted immediately after the job completes; Pay-As-You-Go — 7 days; Pro — 30 days; Business — 90 days. Expired artifacts are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunnerHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
